Join us at Sanctuary Studio as we gather for a dreamy sound journey illuminated by the Full Moon in Pisces. This intuitive water sign invites us to surrender control, soften our edges, and embrace the mystery of the unseen.
Full Moon Rituals: We’ll begin the evening with grounding breathwork, gentle conversation, and a collective oracle card pull to attune to the moon’s emotional currents.
From there, settle into stillness as you’re guided through an immersive sound experience with Natalie, featuring soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other healing instruments. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, clearing stagnant energy and reconnecting with your inner wisdom. This Pisces Full Moon supports emotional healing, creative inspiration, and quiet reflection. A perfect portal for letting go and returning to your flow.
Please bring a yoga mat + water bottle. No meditation experience needed!

What to Expect:
Sound baths are an immersive, full body listening experience that are enjoyed either seated in a comfortable position, or laying down on a yoga mat.
Benefits of sound baths may include: —improved sleep, decreased anxiety and fatigue, balanced nervous system, lowered blood pressure, increased focus and deep relaxation.
We will open with some grounding breathwork, followed by a brief intro to sound baths. Natalie will invite you to set an intention and offer a guided meditation leading into the sound bath experience. All sound healing events are designed for adults 18+
What to Bring:
**Please bring a yoga mat, comfy, loose fitting clothes and a water bottle. Eye masks or small towel for eyes are optional.

Arrival:
Doors open 10 minutes before the event start time. Please arrive early to settle in! Doors will be closed 5 minutes after the event begins. To maximize your experience, we will start right at 5:45PM.
