Join us at Sanctuary Studio for a magical New Moon gathering centered around healing, connection and new beginnings.
We’ll begin the evening with grounding breathwork, gentle conversation, and a collective oracle card pull to align with the nourishing energy of this New Moon in Virgo.
From there, settle into your space as Natalie guides you through a soothing meditation, cultivating feelings of clarity, self-care, and conscious recalibration. Set an intention to anchor yourself throughout this sound meditation experience. As the crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments wash over you, allow yourself to soften and drift into a deep state of relaxation.
With Virgo being the editor of the zodiac; this sound bath is designed to refine your intentions, prioritize your healing and welcome small changes within your thoughts and in your life to truly call in new opportunities.
Please bring a yoga mat + water bottle. No meditation experience needed!

What to Expect:
Sound baths are an immersive, full body listening experience that are enjoyed either seated in a comfortable position, or laying down on a yoga mat.
Benefits of sound baths may include: —improved sleep, decreased anxiety and fatigue, balanced nervous system, lowered blood pressure, increased focus and deep relaxation.
We will open with some grounding breathwork, followed by a brief intro to sound baths. Natalie will invite you to set an intention and offer a guided meditation leading into the sound bath experience. All sound healing events are designed for adults 18+
What to Bring:
**Please bring a yoga mat, comfy, loose fitting clothes and a water bottle. Eye masks or small towel for eyes are optional.

Arrival:
Doors open 10 minutes before the event start time. Please arrive early to settle in! Doors will be closed 5 minutes after the event begins. To maximize your experience, we will start right at 7:00PM.
