The Spring Equinox marks the moment of balance between light and dark. A turning point where the days grow longer and the energy of renewal begins to bloom.
🌸A Midday Reset to Welcome in Spring: The Season of Renewal at Sanctuary Studio. This seasonal sound bath is an invitation to pause, breathe, and realign with the fresh rhythms of spring.
As you rest comfortably, you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other instruments. The vibrations of sound help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for new intentions to emerge.
Just as the earth begins to awaken after winter, this session offers a moment to gently refresh your energy and reconnect with yourself. This afternoon reset experience will leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded as you step back into the day. No experience is needed. Ages 18+
✨ What to expect:
• Gentle grounding meditation to welcome the spring season
• A 60-minute immersive sound bath experience
• Deep relaxation for the body and mind
• A peaceful and nurturing studio environment
What to bring:
Water bottle + cozy items such as: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or eye mask.

Registration requirements: Minimum of 5 attendees, maximum of 15. For last minute bookings (within 1-2 hours prior to event), please email me directly. Space is intentionally limited to ensure a serene and personalized experience.

Free street parking is available on 7th street in front of our building.
Arrival:
Doors open 10 minutes prior to the event start time. Please arrive early to settle in. Doors will be closed 5 minutes after the event begins. To maximize your experience, we will start right at 5:45pm.
Cancellation Policy: *Tickets for community sound bath events are non-refundable and non-transferable (no substitutes). If you are unable to attend for any reason, please email Natalie at wonderstate.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible. Due to the intimate nature of these gatherings and limited capacity, your ticket purchase reserves a space exclusively for you. A “no-show” is considered anyone who does not attend and has not contacted Natalie prior to the event start time.
