Friday Night Frequency: An Intimate Reiki & Sound Experience
Enter the Wonderstate: Join us at Sanctuary Studio for our monthly gathering to release the week, allow yourself to be held and return to balance.
✨ What to Expect
This 90-minute signature experience is designed to gently close out your work week and welcome in space for deep rest, release, and reconnection.
Allow yourself to arrive as you are, settle in to your space, sip warm tea, experience guided breathwork and intention setting.
From there, Natalie will lead you into a meditative state through gentle sound and grounding instruments, followed by Reiki-infused relaxation (each guest receives individual energy work).
The experience then opens into an extended immersive sound bath, allowing your body and nervous system to fully unwind.
We will close with a soft return and integration circle,
offering space to reflect, share, and reconnect before heading back into your evening.

What Is A Sound Bath?
Sound baths are an immersive, full body listening experience that are enjoyed either seated in a comfortable position, or laying down on a yoga mat. Sound healing uses specific frequencies to attune with the body’s natural rhythms by calming the mind, regulating the nervous system and promoting deep states of relaxation. Sound healing has been shown to: reduce stress, ease anxiety, lower heart rates, improve sleep and support emotional balance by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. All sound healing events are designed for adults 18+
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing practice that uses gentle touch to clear energetic blockages, restore harmony within the body, mind, and spirit, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Reiki has been to promote deep relaxation, ease stress, release stored energy, enhance clarity and focus and may relieve physical tension. Reiki works best on those who are open and willing to receive!

What Do I Bring?
Please bring a yoga mat, comfy, loose fitting clothes and a water bottle. Eye masks or small towels are recommended.

Free street parking is available on 7th street in front of our building.
Arrival:
Doors open 10 minutes before the event start time.Please note, there is no waiting area if you arrive before doors open. To maximize your experience, we will start right at 7:00PM. Doors will be closed 5 minutes after the event begins.
Cancellation Policy: *Tickets for community sound baths/reiki events are non-refundable and non-transferable (no substitutes). If you are unable to attend for any reason, please email Natalie at wonderstate.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible. Due to the intimate nature of these gatherings and limited capacity, your ticket purchase reserves a space exclusively for you. A “no-show” is considered anyone who does not attend and has not contacted Natalie prior to the event start time.
