Join us this Valentine’s Day for a heart-led afternoon sound bath celebrating World Sound Healing Day. Together in community, we will open our hearts, relax our nervous systems and reconnect with the frequency of love within us and all around us. Come as you are or bring a loved one to experience the soothing frequencies of sound healing.
Investment: $35
Registration requirements: Minimum of 5 attendees, maximum of 15. For same day bookings, please email me directly. Space is intentionally limited to ensure a serene and personalized experience.
Please bring: a yoga mat & water bottle. Optional: eye masks or any items to help you feel cozy!

What to Expect:
Sound baths are an immersive, full body listening experience that are enjoyed either seated in a comfortable position, or laying down on a yoga mat. Sound healing uses specific frequencies to attune with the body’s natural rhythms and help balance the nervous system, allowing participants to drop into a deeper state of relaxation where true healing can occur. All sound healing events are designed for adults 18+
Benefits of Sound Baths:
Sound healing has been shown to: reduce stress, ease anxiety, lower heart rates, improve sleep and support emotional balance by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments, you’ll be guided into a restorative state where the mind can quiet and the body can release tension.

Free street parking is available on 7th street in front of our building.
Arrival:
Doors open 10 minutes before the event start time. Please note, there is no waiting area if you arrive before doors open. To maximize your experience, we will start right at 12:00PM. Doors will be locked 5 minutes after the event begins.
Cancellation Policy: *Tickets for community sound bath events are non-refundable and non-transferable (no substitutes). If you are unable to attend for any reason, please email Natalie at wonderstate.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible. Due to the intimate nature of these gatherings and limited capacity, your ticket purchase reserves a space exclusively for you. A “no-show” is considered anyone who does not attend and has not contacted Natalie prior to the event start time. Thank you for understanding and honoring the energy and preparation that goes into creating these experiences.
