This Sunday event came to me at the last minute. A calling to gather under the rare energy of the Blue Moon, for an intimate ceremonial afternoon designed to help you soften, reconnect, release, and reset before stepping into a new month.
This experience will include:
✨heart-opening cacao ceremony
✨guided meditation + intention setting
✨group energy work + hands on healing
✨reiki infused sound journey
✨reflection + integration ritual
My dear friend Natalia will be joining me to co-create this sacred space through ceremonial cacao and intuitive hands on energy work, while I guide you through an immersive sound healing experience with crystal singing bowls and reiki energy.
Allow yourself to arrive as you are and settle in to your space, as we open the circle for introductions, grounding breathwork and connection to our heartspace. We will set intentions and enjoy a beautiful and expansive cacao ceremony. From there, Natalie will lead you into the journey with guided meditation and integrated sound healing infused with reiki energy for relaxation and cathartic release ( individual energy work by Natalia will be offered during the sound bath). We will close with a soft return and integration circle, offering space to reflect, share, and reconnect before closing our circle.
Registration: Min of 5 attendees for this event to occur. This is intentionally intimate and last minute, only 10 spots for this event to ensure a serene environment and personalized experience. Once these spots are filled, the portal closes 🌕.

What Is A Sound Bath?
Sound baths are an immersive, full body listening experience that are enjoyed either seated in a comfortable position, or laying down on a yoga mat. Sound healing uses specific frequencies to attune with the body’s natural rhythms by calming the mind, regulating the nervous system and promoting deep states of relaxation. Sound healing has been shown to: reduce stress, ease anxiety, lower heart rates, improve sleep and support emotional balance by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. All sound healing events are designed for adults 18+
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that uses gentle touch to clear energetic blockages, restore harmony within the body, mind, and spirit, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Reiki has been known to promote deep relaxation, ease stress, release stored energy, enhance clarity and focus and may relieve physical tension. Reiki works best on those who are open and willing to receive!

What Do I Bring?

Free street parking is available on 7th street in front of our building.
Arrival:
Doors open 10 minutes before the event start time. Please note, there is no waiting area if you arrive before doors open. To maximize your experience, we will start right at 1:00PM. Doors will be closed 5 minutes after the event begins.
Cancellation Policy: *Tickets for community events are non-refundable and non-transferable (no substitutes). If you are unable to attend for any reason, please email Natalie at wonderstate.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible. Due to the intimate nature of these gatherings and limited capacity, your ticket purchase reserves a space exclusively for you. A “no-show” is considered anyone who does not attend and has not contacted Natalie prior to the event start time.
