This Gratitude Sound Bath is designed to help you unwind, reflect, and reconnect with a sense of calm appreciation. Experience soothing layers of sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments that gently guide your body and mind into deep relaxation.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, and any items that help you feel cozy. Studio provides blankets and bolsters for your comfort.

Registration requirements: Minimum of 5 attendees, maximum of 15. For same day bookings, please email me directly. Space is intentionally limited to ensure a serene and personalized experience. Arrive early to settle in, unwind, receive, and welcome the weekend with a renewed sense of clarity and inner peace.

What to Expect:
Sound baths are an immersive, full body listening experience that are enjoyed either seated in a comfortable position, or laying down on a yoga mat. Sound healing uses specific frequencies to attune with the body’s natural rhythms and entrains them to join together or sync up to create a relaxed state where true healing can occur.
Benefits of sound baths may include: —improved sleep, decreased anxiety and fatigue, balanced nervous system, lowered blood pressure, increased focus + clarity and deep relaxation.
We will open with some grounding breathwork, followed by a brief intro to sound baths. Natalie will invite you to set an intention and offer a guided meditation leading into the sound bath experience. All sound healing events are designed for adults 18+
What to Bring:
**Please bring a yoga mat, comfy, loose fitting clothes and a water bottle. Eye masks or small towel for eyes are optional.

Free street parking is available on 7th street in front of our building.
Arrival:
Doors open 10 minutes before the event start time. Please arrive early to settle in! Doors will be closed 5 minutes after the event begins. To maximize your experience, we will start right at 7PM.
Cancellation Policy: *Tickets for community sound bath events are non-refundable and non-transferable (no name changes). If you are unable to attend for any reason, please email Natalie at wonderstate.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Due to the intimate nature of these gatherings and limited capacity, your ticket purchase reserves a space exclusively for you. A “no-show” is considered anyone who does not attend and has not contacted Natalie prior to the event start time.
