Join us on the longest day of the year for a relaxing and heart-opening evening of guided meditation and sound healing in celebration of the Summer Solstice. As the sun reaches its peak in the sky, we gather in gratitude to pause, reflect, and align with the energy of light, abundance, and renewal.
Allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to gently guide you into stillness. This immersive sound experience is designed to release stagnant energy, relax your nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner radiance.
Step out of the studio with time to catch the sunset, feeling centered, inspired, and ready to embrace the warm weather and connection with nature.
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. No experience needed!

What to Expect:
Sound baths are an immersive experience that are enjoyed either seated in a comfortable position, or laying down on a yoga mat. Benefits of sound baths may include: improved sleep, decreased anxiety and fatigue, balanced nervous system, lowered blood pressure, increased focus and deep relaxation.
We will open with some grounding breathwork, followed by a brief intro to sound baths. Natalie will invite you to set an intention and offer a guided meditation leading into the sound bath experience. All sound healing events are designed for adults 18+
What to Bring:
**Please bring a yoga mat, comfy, loose fitting clothes and a water bottle. Eye masks or small towel for eyes are optional.

Free street parking is available on 7th street in front of our building.
Arrival:
Doors open at 6:45PM. Please arrive early to settle in. Doors will be closed 5 minutes after the event begins. To maximize your experience, we will start right at 7:00PM.
